With the implementation of the College-graduate Village Official plan, a large number of university graduates devote themselves to the new socialist countryside construction, and inject new vitality into the construction. College-graduate village officials have played an active role in construction of new countryside. During the tenure, however, these little village officials have no sense of secuirity for their job beacuse of inability to confront the existent threats in carrying out the work and lacking the capability to continuously sustain various characteristics of work. Therefore, countryside becomes the buffer zone of college graduates village solving their difficult employment, and village organizations become the temporary stay point of their career(hotels for employment). For these reasons, it is difficult for college-graduate village officials to take root in the new rural construction.College-graduate village officials have become a new force in construction of new socialist countryside in China. The existence of insecurity for job not only affects the career planning of college-graduate village officials, but also affects the construction of new countryside and concerns the implementation of the College-graduate village official plan. Paying close attention to the job insecurity of college-graduate village officials is not only conducive to the career development of college-graduate village officials, but also heleful for solving agriculture, rural areas and farmers porblems and promoting a new socialist countryside.On the basis of previous studies, this study will design the questionnaire combining with the job insecurity Scale (Job Insecurity Scale, JIS) and measure the job insecurity of college-graduate village officials according to the measurement model of job insecurity through questionnaires and discussion. Factor analysis is the way used to analyze the impact factors. This study selected objects of stufy from college-graduate village officials in Yucheng District, Mingshan District, Yingjing County and Hanyuan County in Ya’an City. In the survey. Of the 154 college-graduate village officials taken as the samples for the study, The Job insecurity measurement results show that 37 college-graduate village officials think their job is very safe; 69 college-graduate village officials think their job is secure; 27 college-graduate village officials are not sensitive to the security of job; 15 college-graduate village officials think their job is insecure; and 6 college-graduate village officials think their job is very insecure. The analysis results of scale factors show that there are four main aspects of factors that influence job insecurity of college-graduate village officials:the quality supervision of college-graduate village official work, the diversity of tasks taking by college-graduate village officials, the uncertainty of job prospects of college-graduate village officials, and lacking of sufficient power to control things affecting their work. For the four job insecurity effect factors, make the following recommendations:strengthen the quality supervision and the development of incentive policies; bright the job responsibilities of college-graduate village officials; promote the expires way smooth of college-graduate village officials, bright job prospects; perfect college-graduate village officials assessment methodsintroduce self-assessment.
