Research On Food Safety Supervision Of Online Meal Ordering Foods From The View Of Stakeholders

Food safety is related to the lives and health of the people and has always been a hot issue of public concern.The new mode of the catering industry-online meal ordering,due to the rapid development in recent years and the exposure of industry chaos,has gradually attracted the attention of consumers.The Internet has brought new opportunities to the food industry,and new problems have also arisen.The traditional single regulatory systems are increasingly difficult to meet the needs of the development of the food industry,food safety issues seriously threaten the health of consumers.Therefore,it is necessary to centrally supervise resources,condense the regulatory power,and innovate the supervision system of food safety for online ordering,so as to solve the problem of food safety supervision for online meal ordering.Based on the stakeholder theory,it is a beneficial attempt to combine the stakeholder theory with the safety supervision of online meal ordering.This paper first introduces the research background and content,the research status of online meal ordering at home and abroad,and the relevant concepts and theoretical basis.Then,according to the concept and chart of stakeholders,the government,third-party trading platform,consumers and social organizations are identified as the subjects of food safety supervision for online meal ordering.On the basis of identification,the questionnaire survey is conducted to analyze the interest appeal and action ability of the regulatory subject,laying a foundation for the problem analysis and mechanism construction in the following chapters.The study found that the main problems of food safety supervision of online ordering include the government failure in food safety supervision,the over emphasis on the form of third-party platform supervision,the inefficiency of consumer supervision,the lack of supervision of social organizations and the lack of cooperation between regulatory subjects.The reasons for these problems lie in unclear rights and responsibilities among stakeholders,large differences in interest demands,and insufficient action ability of some regulatory subjects.On this basis,the study further proposes the construction of food safety supervision mechanism for online meal ordering.Through the establishment of information sharing mechanism,regulatory decision-making mechanism,the joint action of multiple mechanism and accountability mechanism,to balance the power between regulatory agencies,and coordination to tackle the problem of interest,enhance the action ability ofthe public and social organizations,eventually form a complete set of supervision system of food safety for online meal ordering.
