Since China entered the new century downtown pressure on the economy continue to increase the amount of labor dispute cases is high, the collective labor dispute cases frequently, very difficult situation is difficult to change. In this background, the research and exploration of the project management information system into the labor disp-ute arbitration, has a strong practical needs and promote.This paper is mainly to build information handling of arbitration mode as the research object, to provincial regional arbitration cases of the project management and implementation control as the focus of the study, using the "system theory", "control theory" and "information theory" for the labor and personn el dispute arbitration case management platform to establish and research ideas; on the project management body of knowledge as the basis of project management theory; according to the software engineering technology as technology platform support, build an integrated information handling and management platform. Through modern project management information system in the labor and personnel dispute arbitration positive and effective application, a more scientific and standardized work of design and promote the arbitration,maxi-mize savings litigant rights of the time and cost of rights,save social resources, maximize implement the idea of "governing the country by law", the more accurate to judge a labor relationship situation, grasp the trend of labor person-nel dispute changes, make the healthy and orderly development of labor arbitr-ation work.In this paper, based on project management information system and study the advanced research results, through summarizing the related research status at home and abroad, and puts forward the research contents and methods. First of project management information system related to the main concepts are explained, and the and the project management information system introduced the necessity of labor and personnel dispute arbitration analysis, and summari-zes the application status of project management information system in the arbitration of labor and personnel disputes and problems. At the end of the paper, formation of project management information system in the labor dispute arbitration application specific paths and measures in practice, and do case analysis on Heilongjiang Qiqihar City Labor and personnel arbitration project management information system.Through the study of this paper hopes to promote the project management information system has been widely used in the field of labor arbitration, and has certain guiding significance for practice.
