Quantitative Research On Local Government Public Administration Performance Evaluation

Local government as an important part of the national government system, its job is not only to implement the unified deployment of the central government, to help the country to achieve the overall goal, but also rule the region within the public management, to provide public products and services. The quality and benefit of local government public management have great influence on the development and progress of the whole society. Through the evaluation of local government organization in public management, it can improve the management level of local government.In our country, the performance evaluation of public management in local government is mainly based on qualitative evaluation, and little quantitative method is used to evaluate the performance of local government organizations. In recent years, the local government has introduced quantitative methods into the evaluation of the organization performance. Because of the lack of theoretical basis and practical experience in the application of quantitative assessment, quantitative methods have not brought about the improvement of local government performance evaluation.This paper is based on the study of local government performance evaluation and evaluation methods, actively absorbing the basic theory and research results of other subjects, using the quantitative assessment of the evolution logic, combining theoretical and practical analysis,combined with empirical analysis and normative analysis, combined with qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis.
