The Research Of Deliberative Democracy Practical Problem In Socialism With Chinese Characteristics

With the reform of the economic system,people have an increasingly willingness of participating in the administration and discussion of state.People hope that their ideas can be heard and their interests can be communited effectively,so it is emergency to develop socialism with Chinese characteristics’ deliberative democracy.In this paper,combined with the practice in the process of historical development process,the writer makes an conclusion about China’s experience of deliberative democracy and talk about the problem of deliberative democracy.Finally,the writer come up with a suggestion of developing deliberative democracy in China and how to enhance the deliberative democracy.There are four aspects in the paper.First, the writer make a comparison about the theory of deliberative democracy between China and western countries.Second,the writer talks about experience of socialism with Chinese characteristics’ deliberative democracy and how China’s presidents have effects on China in different stages,such as the period of Anti-Japanese War, the People’s War of Liberation, the beginning of founding of new China, Socialist transformation period, initial stages for reform and opening-up,1990s and modern China.Third,considering the experience and problem of developing deliberative democracy, the writer talks about the recent problems about deliberative democracy.Fourth, the solutions are come up with in order to enhance the deliberative democracy in socialism with Chinese characteristics.In a word, it is the historical chance to develop socialism with Chinese characteristics’ deliberative democracy in China.It is a good chance to establish the political system reform atmosphere, fully arouse the enthusiasm of citizens’ political participation and strengthen the close relationship between the party and masses.
