Immigration is not a new-born topic, and development of human history always closely links with population movements. Since 1492 Columbus discovered the New World, the impact of migration on the development of the world has played a further role in the promotion. Germany as a single nation-state lying on the Eurasia, through years of migration, has become the world’s second largest nation of immigrants after the USA. Immigrant population accounted for 9% of the total population, which has really become an atypical nation of immigrants, and German immigrants make the country become a multi-ethnic coexistence.Germany immigration history can be traced to the Middle Ages, but not that large in scale. Until the late nineteenth century, the wave of the industrial revolution swept across the world, and Germany was also rapidly becoming an emerging empire, attracting a large number of people with dream of gold to come. However, after two World Wars, Germany has become devastated and suffered hard times. After Germany subverted the Nazi party, the new democratic government came to power in Germany, along with the Cold War, the four waves of migration started. During that time, the evacuation of migrants, the non-native of labors, family reunion immigration were all kicked in the four waves of immigration with its identity diversity, complex management, and the integration of immigrants when the Government has not given enough attention, and these will affect all areas of the German society. So now the social integration of immigrants has been increasingly becoming a core issue discussion and analysis of the German government. However, because of political and cultural history of the game and other reasons, German immigration policies relatively volatile, sometimes vacillating situation occur. So effective government policies as well as the efforts of migrants and native people are needed to achieve successful integration of immigrants into German society. This article from the perspective of non-traditional security analysis of social integration of immigrants in Germany, from non-traditional security analysis the theoretical of immigrants; the second part reviews the German immigrant social integration process and analyzes the emergence of social inclusion motives; the third from the perspective of political security, economic security and cultural security to analyze the series of impact immigrants of Germany. The last part analyzes the contradiction of policies towards integration of immigrants made by the German government, suggesting to take the perspective of non-traditional security, focusing on the security of the immigrants itself, strengthening the cooperation with other countries and international community when making policies so as to solve the immigrant problem effectively.
