E-government Integration Support Platform Of Bayannaoer Municipal Government

At present,the chinese government service capacity is still to be improved compared with the urgent demand of public.The establishment of E-government service platform is a necessary factor to improve administrative efficiency and optimize the service environment.The thesis is to establish a integration supporting platform for e-government collaborative office in Bayannur, which matches with the need of e-government collaborative office in city and county,including the unity of portal webs,online service and office work,so as to share information resource,avoiding isolated information island and information security problems,to fully improve the ability of public service and government affairs information management on e-government in the city and counties of Bayannur,to lay an important foundation on e-government office intensive development for our city.In this paper,it is focused on the E-government integration support platform within the flow of data between modules and business logic,which is followed by the present management way of Bayannaoer municipal government to improve government integration support platform performance,The system is based on MyEclipse,using languages of Java,Jsp,Htm 15, adopting some kinds of technolongy,such as XML,Ajas,Atruts,Spring,Hibernate,adopting Oracle Database in background database,and program structure for MVC model, and ultimately realize E-government integration support platform of Bayannaoer municipal government。...
