The present judicial reform intend to achieve the goal. Therefore, the importance of National People’s Congress supervision over the judicial work is more outstanding.The National People’s Congress supervisionon the people’s court should be functioned in ensuring the correct implementation of the constitution and laws, proper exercise of executive power and judicial power, the safeguard of the legitimate rights and interests of the people, the solution ofthe difficulty..This paper aims to make an comprehensive study of the supervisory system of the National People’scongress to do good to the development of this system.
