Grass-roots Petition Contradiction Of Social Governance Studies

As the way of solving the conflicts and disputes with Chinese feature, The petition has been developed for decades from the beginning of the establishment which has made outstanding contributions in resolving the social contradictions. However, the petition system in reality has been a lot of problems, which brings many unstable factors for the construction of the harmonious society, So the research on the problem of letters and visits has become a hot topic in the academic field.In this paper, the research question is how to effectively social governance for China’s complaint reporting letters at the grass-roots level of conflict.In this paper, the theoretical basis of theory is social governance of governance theory. Formulate the theory of governance firstly, then transition to social governance theory, and carries on the comparison to social management and social governance, the last attempt to study on combining social governance and the grass-roots petition contradiction.This article uses the methods mainly include the case analysis and field analysis.The essence of the case analysis method is a kind of deductive method, which include selecting case, collecting data, case analysis and putting forward suggestions or solutions.The field study means that I attend a subject research of the professor hai-bo zhang, get an opportunity in nanjing bureau and accumulate a large number of relevant data.This article selects petition contradictionof nanjing city as the basic case, and the data used mainly includes two parts, one part chooses three typical matters in nanjing recently, the other part is the reporting data recorded in the nanjing bureau network office system from 2007 to 2015.The conclusion of this article is that attaching great importance to the grass-roots petition contradiction of social governance is a key link of contradiction resolve complaint reporting. In this paper, the author puts forward the concrete countermeasures from three perspectives of classified governance, source governance and multi-governance, hoping to put forward the operationa lcountermeasures and suggestions to the existing problems and make a little contribution for our country’s letters and contradiction.
