Challenges And Strategy To The Cybersecurity Policeman Work Progress,Take Kun Du Lun For Example

With the development of cyber technology, cybersecurity links with the national security and social lives more closely, and has become a very important part of work for the local public security organs. As a basic network police officer, the author has met many problems,of which are mostly related to the current network security law facts. In order to face the challenges and win, the author tried to analyze the problems those he encountered and get ideas to solve them.The article mostly contents three parts. The first part including brief history on the foundation and the development and also the achievement of author’s department. In the second part the author lists all kinds of problems he encountered, such as inadequate protection of computer-network system, new mission in anti-terrorism, followed by increasing of cybercrime, the low-rank cybersecurity laws, lack of private information protection, and the problems of network police group itself, and so on. Then he try to see through these problems by his legal mind, and put answers and ideas in the third part, for example, a new mechanism of anti cybercrime, the importance of an perfect cybersecurity law framework, the complete protection of individual information, etc. At last the author puts a newborn conception by the end of the article, which is the establishment of an network police work manual.
