The Research Of Community Home Care Service In Gulou Fuzhou

With the rapid development of China’s economy and the intensification of social structure, China’s population is aging, which has attracted much attention. Population aging degree in Fujian province is increasing, but the pension system is not perfect, the social pension pressure is relatively large, the family pension way is weakened, and the development of institutional pension is limited. Although the practice of continuous exploration, community home care service content gradually becomes rich, but there are problems, so that many of the community’s home care services have encountered a bottleneck, the problem needs to be solved.In this paper, the use of literature research method, empirical analysis method and questionnaire investigation method has carried on the analysis to the demand for pension services for elderly people in Gulou District of Fuzhou, combined with the status of home care services in the community of Gulou District, find out the Gulou District, home care of personnel equipped with does not reach the designated position, the service quality is not high, enjoy the service ticket is limited, service provision and social organizations to a single, which led to these problems include lack of social cognition, public policy security is not complete, operation mechanism is not perfect, government positioning is not clear. Combined with the experience at home and abroad, and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to further improve Fuzhou Gulou District community home care services, including increasing investment, integration of resources, strengthen supervision, policy refinement, paid attention to the propaganda and adjust measures to local conditions according to different types of communities, community custom home pension services, in order to build more comprehensive security policy, service selection more kind, let old people more satisfied with the Gulou District home care service system.
