| In recent years,the problem of population aging is becoming more and more serious,with the continuous miniaturization of the family,the function of family pension is gradually weakening,the people’s requirements for living standards are getting higher and higher,people have new needs for enhancing the function of social pension services,realizing the diversification of pension service forms,etc.,the traditional family pension model has not adapted to the needs of social development,and new home care services are becoming more and more popular.According to the data of the seventh national census of Huai’an City,the resident population of Hongze District of Huai’an City is 285097 people,and the age structure accounts for 26.44%of the population over 60 years old and 19.15% of the population over 65 years old,which indicates that Hongze District has entered a deeply aging society.Hongze District has achieved some results in promoting the development of home-based elderly care services,but there are also some problems.In order to better develop the home care service in Hongze District,Huai’an City,this study used the literature research method and field visits to understand the basic situation of home care services in Hongze District,Huai’an City.Through questionnaire survey method and interview method,the current problems of home care service in Hongze District of Huai’an City were investigated,and it was found that the home care service in Hongze District of Huai’an City had problems such as insufficient financial support for home care service,shortage of professional talents in home care service,low service level,low participation in home care service,and aging home care service facilities.In view of the existing problems,learn from the mature practices of home care at home and abroad,and put forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions for improving the problem of home care in Hongze District,Huai’an City,first,improve laws and policies;The second is to increase capital investment;The third is to accelerate the all-round construction of the talent team and ensure the supply of service human resources;The fourth is to increase the participation of home care;Fifth,simplify the aging transformation procedures. |
