Regarding Luan Social Commonweal Research Organization Development

Devoted to social public welfare establishments and solving various social problems, social public welfare function plays a major bridge between government and social needs and a social group to propogate positive energy. On the one hand, government needs social organizations to fulfill people’s requirements; on the other hand, social organizations can gain more public influence from government’s support and encouragement.Currently, social organizations play a significant role in social management and innovation, thus forming a benign interaction between government authorities and social freedom. This benign interaction, as an indispensible component in social development, plays a crucial role in promoting social development, complementing government malfunction and inspiring people’s initiative. Based on social organizations in Lu’an City, this paper aims to research into major content, current condition and problems in the development and operation of social organizations and tries to propose relative strategies to deal with the realistic needs in government’s management of social organizations. The paper is divided into five parts:Chapter One is the Introduction. It offers background, aim and significance of this research, as well as literature review and trend in the research of social organizations and basic approaches used in this paper.Chapter Two offers an elaborate discussion of the concept. It includes two aspects:First, summarizing relative ideas about social organizations, including their origin, development and implications; Second, summarizing relative theories.Chapter Three is a summary of interaction between government and social organizations, including government’s management of social organizations and government’s interaction with social organizations.Chapter Four is a summary of social organization in Lu’an City, including current situations, activities of social organizations and Lu’an municipal government’s management of social organizations.Chapter Five is an analysis of problems in social organizations in Lu’an City and strategies to approach them.
