This paper studies 1991-2015 time of Mongolian diplomatic relations. Mongolia and China is as a friendly neighbor, is on the geopolitical and China are linked by mountains and rivers and neighboring countries, Mongolia and China’s relationship is very important for both countries. The collapse of the Soviet Union, the end of the cold war, Mongolia started to adjust the foreign policy of the country, after discussion, finally determine the "third Neighbor" and "Multiple protection" of foreign policy. Under the background of the diplomacy, the relationship between Mongolia and China has developed from a good-neighborly partnership of mutual trust to the strategic partnership, but also in 2014 established the comprehensive strategic partnership between the two countries. The relations between the two countries in one of the best development period in history. I believe that the deepening ties between the two countries, under the support of the government and people of the two countries will develop a step further.In this paper, starting from the relevant theories of international relations subject, combing the existing research results, on the basis of summarizing the existing research results, using historical analysis, comparative analysis on methodology and system of inductive analysis, description of the relations between the two countries for more than six decades of history. This paper first analyzes the Mongolian "Third neighbor" and "multiple protection" diplomacy, and narrative in the diplomatic manner of Mongolia and the relationship between the United States, Russia, Japan and other countries. Second to that of 1991 to 2014 years of strategic relationship comb and analyzed the development process, from the diplomatic, political, economic, cultural, military, made a more comprehensive summary, in the final analysis the current Mongolia-China relations in the process of the problems and challenges, and to solve these problems and challenges put forward the corresponding policy recommendations.
