After the Cold War, the situation the Government of Mongolia, with the tide of history has changed the diplomatic and security situation in the environment, changing the traditional occlusion, the foreign policy of isolation, to establish a comprehensive and multi-point new diplomatic strategy to develop relations with China and Russia good-neighborly and friendly relations as a fundamental, based on the Asia-Pacific, the world, and actively develop friendly relations with all countries, with a focus on economic and trade exchanges and cooperation, the omni-directional, multi-level expansion of the external contact.In this paper, the analysis of historical methods, content analysis and literature to explore methods of the post-Cold War evolution of Sino-Mongolian relations and the status quo, Mongolia on the impact of the Sino-Mongolian relations and other internal and external factors analysis, Mongolia for the United States, Mongolia and Russia, Mongolia and other countries on warming relations, the relations between China and Mongolia at the present stage of development and from the lack of political cooperation, economic exchanges, cultural exchanges and so the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions. Mongolia is located between the two powers China and Russia is the major country in the Asia-Pacific, one of the focal point of the region. From the geo-strategic point of view, Mongolia and China's geopolitical foreign policy is not only conducive to China-Mongolia good-neighborly partnership of mutual trust to a more stable, more comprehensive development, but also conducive to regional security in Northeast Asia and stability. Sino-Mongolian relations, friendship and development, whether in China or Mongolia, have far-reaching practical significance.
