On Development Of Relations Between Mongolia And Russia Development After The Cold War

As a friendly neighbor,Mongolia and Russia are interdependent,and they have formed an interdependent strategic partnership in terms of geography,politics and economy.The nature of this relationship reflects a new type of state relations.Facts have proved that the formation of the development of the strategic partnership between Russia and Russia has its inherent development logic,and the establishment and development of the strategic partnership between the two countries is entirely based on the interests of the two countries.After the collapse of the Soviet Union in 1991,Mongolia led to the development of the most difficult ten years,Russia because of the development of the domestic situation in the short term is difficult to provide help and support for Mongolia,but the development of relations between Russia and Russia fell to historic lows.Since then,with the international situation and the joint efforts of both sides,the two heads of state,heads of government,high-level exchanges,political mutual trust has been strengthened,economic and trade development.At present,Mongolia and Russia relations at a new historical height of the former Soviet Union,and with the further increase of bilateral cooperation,dimension,depth,both sides need each other,depend on each other in various fields,complement each other will become more prominent,fit the national interests of the two countries will further deepen.This paper takes Mongolia and Russia's official documents signed by Mongolia,China and the Russian foreign ministry data,scholars research results,the world bank and the Mongolia Bureau of Statistics Department of the publicity of the data as the research foundation,to analyze the relationship between Mongolia and Russia in 1990 after the comprehensive application of empirical research method,research method and Wen Xianyan the historical analysis method,and put forward the future development prospects of the relations between Mongolia and Russia.This paper describes five parts:The first chapter:introduction,this part introduces the research background of this paper,which leads to the problems to be studied,and expounds the theoretical and practical significance of the study.Then it introduces the research methods and ideas,and points out the innovation of this study.The second chapter:on the background of the development of Mongolian/Russian relations.This section introduces the development of the relationship between Russia and the United States from the three aspects of the Soviet Union,the Soviet Union and the new century.Especially in the new century,Mongolia's diplomatic strategy aware of their own limitations,through the development of loose diplomatic environment,abandon the "one-sided",the development of "multi pivot diplomacy,and seek the balance between Russia and China,which laid the foundation for Mongolia's national independence and security diplomacy.The third chapter:promoting the development of the relationship between the factors.This section discusses the relationship between Russia and the United States from four angles:politics,economy,military and culture.From the beginning of 1994,the government of Mongolia has issued some regulations relating to national diplomatic and security,""Mongolia's foreign policy ideas and the "Mongolia security strategy";"in 1993 Mongolia Ministry of defence and the Russian Ministry of defense military cooperation agreement" and "the government of Mongolia and the Russian government military equipment cooperation agreement" signed exchange of personnel;learning,access to the development of bilateral economic and cultural needs in the field of education,in order to push forward the relationship between Mongolia and Russia.The fourth chapter:the factors restricting the further development of the relationship between Mongolia and Russia.This part summarizes the experience of the development of the system,analyzes the problems and reasons in the development of the relations between the two countries,and puts forward some countermeasures.It should be noted that the political mutual trust between the two countries has deepened,however,there are also so-called "Russian threat theory" in Mongolia.The size and strength of the two countries,Russia and the United States,the huge gap and complex historical factors are likely to become the breeding ground for these ideas.The fifth chapter:the prospects of the development of the relationship between Mongolia and Russia.This section summarizes the former base on the development of Mongolia and Russia relations from the construction of a comprehensive strategic partnership,expand economic and trade cooperation,strengthen military exchanges in three aspects are described and put forward opinions and suggestions.
