Job satisfaction is an attitude, it can affect people’s physical and mental health.Post-80 s civil servants,as the younger generation,havejioned the menbership of social management,and play an important role in it.Their have broad vision, firm thoughts, rich knowledge and highmotivation,strong creativity, which bring the new atmosphere to civil servants.But they need to face some troubles in their professional career as income,promotion, interpersonal relationship, learning, the influenceof the system and so on,which would affect their job satisfaction directly, andthen affect their job performance. Paying close attention to the job satisfaction of the Post-80 s civil servants,and improving their work enthusiasm, will enhance the government’s public service level and the administrative efficiency. In this paper, in using the method of satisfaction theory,and Structural Equation Modeling(SEM),we made an analysis about the job satisfaction of Post-80 s civil servants in J city. Mainly includes the following contents:First, our discuss put forward the research question, list a series of related concepts,research methods, research purpose and meaning, summanize the related conceptions,the study of job satisfaction and theories about civil servants all over the world.Secondly, this paper introduce the basic problems of our study, which mainly deal with the Structural Equation Model and the related knowledge of customer satisfaction.The third, we build the construction of Post-80 s civil servants’ job satisfaction Structural Equation Modeling(SEM) and then analyse it empirically.This is one of the core contents of the author’s analysis.First of all, we conduct the research of the Post-80 s civil servant’s job satisfaction Structural Equation Modeling(SEM) and index system much more clear, by drawing the framework of visual expression and path graph, and analysis the relationship between the facters which influence the job satisfaction in mathenmatical eguation; Second,we finish our test by using this measuring tool(satisfaction questionnaire).This exploration tells us that we can rely on this measuring tool and test,and it can be widely used. Finally, we validate the model’s computation and analysis by using the formal investigation data,andconduct an ideal of Post-80 s civil servant’s jobsatisfaction structural equation model and the examine the index ofPost-80 s civil servant’s job satisfaction in J city.Finally, by analyzing of this paper, we draw some relevant conclusions, put forward some relevant suggestions.At the same time,we need to know the shortcomings of this paper,and the direction which need some in-depth study.
