With the continuous advancement of our service-oriented government,human resources management in the public sector has received more and more attention,and the management of civil servants has been standardized.It also brings with it pressure and unfair income,which affect the job satisfaction of civil servants to varying degrees,and it also has a direct impact on civil servants' work attitude and public image.Therefore,it is very important to analyze the influencing factors of job satisfaction of civil servants and motivate their work enthusiasm.This study consists of five parts: The first part,through the review of the literature,summarizes the concepts and influencing factors of job satisfaction at home and abroad,and summarizes job satisfaction-related motivation theory,rational behavior theory,and structural equation model..The second part describes and analyzes the data collected from 453 surveys of civil servants in Yunnan Province.First,statistics on the basic background information of the respondents were conducted to understand the basic situation of the survey samples.Second,based on the difference between the natural and social attributes of the basic background information,the sensitivities of different types of respondents to job satisfaction were analyzed.The third part analyzes the factors affecting the job satisfaction of civil servants in Yunnan Province.Firstly,the goal of dimensionality reduction was achieved through factor analysis,and the five dimensions of the job itself,promotion rewards,institutional management,interpersonal relationships,and public service motivation were determined as relevant influencing factors for job satisfaction.At the same time,the selected influencing factor variables were Reliability test and validity test.Secondly,we analyze the correlation between basic background variables,influence variables of each dimension,and job satisfaction of civil servants in Yunnan Province.We find that there is a positive correlation between age,working years,and job satisfaction in basic background variables.There is a negative correlation relationship between education and job satisfaction.Each dimension influences variables.There is a strong positive correlation between job satisfaction.Finally,according to the different classifications of basic background information of civil servants in Yunnan Province,the differences in job satisfaction and related influencing factors variables were analyzed.Through the comparison of averages,it was found that there were significant differences in job satisfaction in different ages,academic records and annual average income.With the increase of the age of civil servants,the score of job satisfaction decreases first and then increases.With the increase in the academic qualifications of civil servants,the score of job satisfaction increases first and then decreases;the civil servants with income above 80,001 yuan have higher job satisfaction than other income.In the fourth part,we establish the structural equation model based on the partial least squares method for job satisfaction of civil servants in Yunnan Province,and further explore the relationship between job satisfaction and related influencing factors.From the results of this model,we can see that the variables in each dimension are satisfied with the job.Degree not only has a direct effect,but also has an indirect effect.The total effect after the sum is sorted by size: institutional management,promotion reward,work itself,interpersonal relationships,and public service motivation.The fifth part summarizes the conclusions of this study and puts forward corresponding suggestions.On the one hand,it should strengthen the influence of public servants on incentives,including material incentives and spiritual incentives.On the other hand,it should build a harmonious working environment for civil servants.The innovations of this study are: First,the data used to analyze the influencing factors of job satisfaction of civil servants is based on the survey data of civil servants in Yunnan Province.A total of 453 valid questionnaires were collected,which is the first example of the job satisfaction of civil servants in Yunnan Province.First-hand information is also the latest data.Secondly,based on satisfaction theory and rational behavior theory,the factors affecting the job satisfaction of civil servants in Yunnan Province are considered in all aspects.Based on the influence factors of employees' job satisfaction,the public service motivation is introduced to make the work Satisfaction factors are more substantial.Thirdly,the multi-perspective analysis of the factors affecting the job satisfaction of civil servants in Yunnan Province not only includes the comparison of averages and correlation analysis,but also establishes a structural equation model on the factors affecting job satisfaction,and further studies the relationship between variables.
