| As a non-profit public cultural service institution established by the government,public libraries play an important role in promoting socialist cultural construction in China,and play an indispensable role in promoting the development of China’s public cultural service system to a wider space and deeper level.As a cultural exchange center and knowledge dissemination center,Shanxi Provincial Library undertakes the role of disseminating knowledge to readers and enriching their spiritual and cultural world,and plays a great role in meeting citizens’ needs for public cultural services.By studying the satisfaction of public cultural services of libraries in Shanxi Province,to promote the government’s contribution to provide better and more efficient public cultural services of libraries for the public.This paper selects the satisfaction of public cultural services in libraries in Shanxi Province as a research point.Firstly,by collating the literature on the satisfaction of public cultural services in libraries,and taking into account the actual situation of library development in Shanxi Province,we established an index system for evaluating the satisfaction of public cultural services in libraries in Shanxi Province based on the CCSI model,and designed and distributed the "Public Cultural Services Questionnaire for Libraries in Shanxi Province" based on the constructed model.Based on the model,we designed and distributed the "Shanxi Provincial Library Public Culture Service Satisfaction Questionnaire".The final questionnaire was collected and 282 samples were obtained.In the empirical analysis stage,the questionnaire was first tested for reliability and validity using SPSS26.0 software to ensure the validity of the questionnaire data,and then descriptive statistical analysis was conducted to obtain the basic demographic information of the sample.The AMOS 26.0 software was used to fit the customer satisfaction model CCSI to ensure the applicability of the satisfaction evaluation model of public cultural services in libraries in Shanxi Province.The satisfaction was specifically analyzed by principal component analysis and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,and finally,according to the satisfaction index formula,the satisfaction index of public cultural services of libraries in Shanxi Province was calculated,and IPA satisfaction analysis was conducted by constructing a quadratic diagram,whose vertical coordinates are the importance(weight values)of satisfaction indicators at three levels,and the horizontal coordinates are the evaluation of mass satisfaction index,and then according to the satisfaction study conclusions,effective and feasible suggestions for improving the satisfaction of public cultural services in libraries in Shanxi Province are proposed correspondingly.After the empirical analysis,the study concludes that all hypotheses are verified and the satisfaction index of public cultural services of libraries in Shanxi Province is3.983,and the satisfaction performance is: good.Based on the results of the empirical analysis,suggestions to improve the satisfaction of public cultural services in libraries in Shanxi Province are given,firstly,the financial investment should be reasonably increased,secondly,the infrastructure should be improved to create a comfortable cultural space,and innovative forms of cultural activities should be developed to expand the audience groups of cultural activities,the Internet media application should be emphasized to build a digital library,and finally a feedback mechanism for readers should be built to improve the quality of library services. |
