Satisfaction Study Based On Structural Equation Local Government G2C Electronic Public Services

With the development of information technology, application level ofinformation technology of local governments was continuous improved anddissemination degree of electronic public services has been also made considerableprogress. On one hand, the government provides the public with a growing number ofelectronic public services. The public can obtain these services by telephone, Internetand other means. On the other hand, due to the increasing awareness of citizens’ rights,and transformation to service-oriented government, the public’s requirements ofgovernment’s public service level are also increasing. Therefore, public satisfactionwith the government’s public service increasingly becomes a hot research area. Thispaper selected government G2C electronic public services for the study, determinedinfluential factors of public satisfaction of G2C electronic public service andconstructed the initial satisfaction model. Through releasing questionnaire to thegeneral public of Kunming via Internet, this paper had get sample data of satisfactionmodel of government G2C electronic public service. Analyzing sample data withSPSS18and using AMOS18for verificating, evaluating and correcting model, thispaper finally put forward the corresponding countermeasures and made suggestionsbased on sample data and revised model results. The main content of the paperincludes the following areas:First, Review on government electronic public services and public satisfaction.Although there are many current research literature on government electronic publicservices and public satisfaction, but few to combine them together, that is to say theresearch literature public satisfaction of government electronic public services arerare.Besides the existing researches have many flaws in rationality of constructingindex system and building models. Therefore, this article reviewed clearly on thecurrent literature of the government electronic public services and public satisfactionresearch, made clear the insufficient of current research and had get further researchdirection. Second, use structural equation model to build local government G2C electronicpublic service satisfaction model. Through a comparative analysis with other methods,it is indicated that structural equation model has a clear advantage in the constructinglocal government G2C electronic public service satisfaction model. Throughresearching and analysing theoretical literature, this paper choosed the factors thataffect the government G2C electronic public service satisfaction and elect reasonablevariables to construct the initial satisfaction model.Third, empirical analysis based on the satisfaction model. Collecting sample dataof Kunming government G2C electronic public service satisfaction through onlinequestionnaires, this paper use AMOS software to authenticate local government G2Celectronic public service satisfaction model, and to revise this model and itshypothesis,then gave suggestions according to the mean score of indicators inquestionnaire survey and results of the revised model.
