A public health emergency is a serious threat to our country in recent years, political stability, social stability and one of the outstanding problems. The occurrence of emergent public health events were often related to complex political, economic,cultural, social and other problems, from the point of view of science and technology popularization.The occurrence of emergent public health events and the poor emergency science, there is a very important relationship. With the advent of risk society, as well as the emergency emerge in endlessly, The government and the media for science communication due to the spread of rumors,and this issue has caused serious consequences.The government is the authority of emergency science, but the unfortunatelot improvement of emergency science led to the lack of timeliness.In the early,the public can’t receive emergency science popularization resources from government departments,they will be affected by abnormal communication channels.In recent years,the media gradually participate in emergency science.In the popularization of scientific knowledge and improvement of the public science literacy,it has played an important role.But tjere also exposed some problems.This paper mainly using content analysis and comparative analysis,by studying the content and the form of emergency science in SARS and H7N9 bird flu’s different stages to explore the effect of emergency science.Through in-depth analysis,public health emergencies’ distortion,the poor popularization of science and government information communication obstacles are the main problems.At the same time,efficient emergency science will promote the improvement of the emergency management mechanism,shaping the image of the government,guide the public opinion,and so on.
