The Core Value System Construction Of Yunnan Traffic Transport Industry

Since the 6th Plenary Session of the 16th Party Central Committee and the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China had systematical specified the principles on building the socialist core value system and core values, the whole country and the transportation industry of Yunnan Provence have Carried on positive and deep exploration. The practice has showed that transportation is a basic and leading industry and service industry, and it’s development ultimately should be defined、demonstrated and enhanced through its culture, and supported by strong guiding force, cultural cohesion and spiritual impetus. The building of the core value system of the transportation industry of Yunnan Province embodies the essence of cultivating and practicing the socialist core value system of the transportation industry and shows an important way to establish a good image of Yunnan traffic, and is an important way to promote the soft power of the industry culture, an important carrier to showcase the spirit of the cadres and workers, and strongly guarantees the acceleration of development of the "Four"-comprehensive transportation, intelligent transportation, green transportation and safe transportation.Based on the case of the core value system construction of the transportation industry of Yunnan Province, some theories just as the socialist core value system, and the organizational culture of public management are used in this paper, and the combination of macroscopic research and empirical analysis method are also used in this paper. The main research emphasis are as follows:the first is the construction requirements and main contents of the core value system of the transportation industry, which means guiding ideology, overall objectives, basic principles, as well as the industry’s core values, mission, shared vision, the spirit of the traffic industry, professional ethics; the second is the current construction of core value system of the transportation industry of Yunnan Province, which means the process of review and achievements, problems and its reason analysis; the third is the countermeasures and suggestions of the construction of the core value system in the transportation industry of Yunnan Province, which means paying attention to the management and service concept of "people-oriented", and improving the cultural soft power of the industry, and paying attention to the innovation of the construction of the core value system, and the post-evaluation of the construction of the core value system of the industry.Certain theoretical references and practical advices of the construction of the core value system of the transportation industry are presented through the above research. First, emphasize on industry construction of the core value system and cultural construction, and promote the development of the soft power and core competitiveness of the industry. Second, insist on advancing with the times, and exploration and innovation, working closely with industry reform and development of the situation and phased center, and enrich the requirements, main contents and practical way of the development of the construction of the core value system of transportation industry. Third, follow the central new strategy, new ideas, such as "Four comprehensive strategic layouts", and "five development concept", and further strengthen the study of the theory of the core value system construction of the transportation industry.
