Migrant workers are a special group in our country. The group has a large population,low level of culture, and strong liquidity. Their legal rights and interests are always infringed,which make them become a disadvantaged group. The legal-aid for migrant workers has become an important part of Chinese legal-aid system. With the continuous development of legal aid, The number of migrant workers to defend their legitimate interests has increased.The number of people who need legal aid will continue to expand in the future.Legal aid acted an important role in the way of protecting migrant worker’s rights. At the same time, we cannot ignore the problems and obstacles in the system. Now, there are many questions with the migrant workers legal aid. For example, lagging in legislation, a narrow range of assistance, and higher legal threshold, the lack of staff, shortage of funds, the high cost of protest legal rights, existing procedural hurdles, poor convenience, and the law enforcement agencies set up is not perfect. These problems hinder the smooth progress of assistance, but also not conducive to the development and improvement of the system. In the last chapter, the author presented ideas and suggestions on how to resolve these problems.First of all, we should provide more legislative support for migrant workers legal aid work,and improve the relevant legislation. Secondly, we should reform the labors disputes processing mode, apply judicial procedures in a flexible way. Then we can reduce the cost burden of migrant workers’ rights. Finally, we should improve the utilization rate of social resources, provide more high-quality legal services, broaden the channels of raising funds,and improve the legal aid mechanism of migrant workers.In order to improve the living conditions and social environment of peasant labor, we keep on working hard. But peasant labor is still a vulnerable group and suffer unfair treatment in the duality structure between urban and rural areas. On the one hand, the problem of peasant labor’ rights has become one of the many social problems. We should improve the legal aid system of peasant labor, and it is very important to solve the problem of peasant labor’ rights. On the other hand, the legal aid also play an important role for the construction of social undertakings. For example, education, employment, medical treatment and culture.Therefore, it is the request of resolving contradictions and conflicts. And it is the inevitable requirement to build a new socialist countryside. Then it has important practical significance and application value for the protection of the peasant labor rights, and it can promote the stable development of a harmonious society.
