Study On Student Perceived Quality On Study On Influencing Factors Of Public Useage Behavior Of Government Microblog

Being the tool and carrier of information dissemination, Government Weibo has played a decisive role in improving the ability of governance and the self-development of the society. In the meantime, Government Weibo has reflected great impact on government information publicity, societal sanity collation, risk warning, government crisis PR and, maintaining social stability. Considering the peculiarity of government Weibo, based on the literature of scholars from China and overseas, also refer to UTAUT, it is able to get to know the perception of Government Weibo. With questionnaires to collect the public desire and needs for Government Weibo, using quantitative analysis methods with empirical study to research on the influencing factors of public usage behavior of government Weibo, with further research on whether Government Weibo has reached expectation of social governance, in order to find out objective and comprehensive influencing factors in regards to Government Weibo usage and give guidance to virtuous development of Government Weibo in China.The results show that performance expectancy, efforts expectancy, requirement for informationization, quality of perception and the image of the government have obvious effects on the usage intention of Government Weibo, while social influence has fewer impacts. On the other hand, performance expectancy, efforts expectancy, social influence, requirement for informationization, quality of perception and the image of the government has fewer influences on public usage behavior of Government Weibo, they only factor which has a large impact is the usage intention of Government Weibo.According to research results and proper situation, it comes to following advice and suggestions:administrator of the Government Weibo should simplify the operation to improve the efforts expectancy; offer multiple and abundant information to improve performance expectancy; reinforce the management of major crisis to improve the image of the government; improve the quality of Weibo to improve the quality of perception; enhance interaction to improve requirement for informationization. With suggestions above to improve the usage intention of Weibo, and eventually will lead to improve the usage behavior.
