Continuous usage intention of E-government has long been focusedby the scholars in the research field of E-government adoption, and it isalso an interdisciplinary research question. Currently there are plenty oftheoretical studies paying attention to the adoption behavior of G2CE-government, but lack of empirical studies in the context of G2BE-government. This study aimed at enhancing the satisfaction andcontinuous usage intention of E-government by exploring the factorspredicting the post-adoption behavior. A conceptual model wasconstructed on the basis of existing theories, and a questionnaire surveywas conducted among799catering companies having joined the foodtraceability system in Shanghai. The conclusion was drawn as: technicalfactors, organization internal factors and external environment factors candirectly affect the G2B e-government satisfaction in the process of usage, and indirectly affect the continuous usage intention.
