Research On The Model Of Publics Continuance Usage Intention Of Government Websites

With the further development of Modernizing China's governance system and capacity for governance,the public's requirements for the quality and efficiency of public services are getting higher and higher,and they are no longer satisfied with the traditional inefficient public service supply.Since the concept of "Internet Plus" was proposed,governments have developed "Internet Plus Government Services initiative"."Internet Plus Government Services initiative",relying on the Internet thinking,leveraging the technical advantages,service advantages and information interaction advantages of the Internet platform,can effectively data barriers,optimize business processes,and improve the efficiency and quality of public services.And it has become an effective means to resolve the conflicts effectively in the provision of public services.As the service terminal of "Internet Plus Government Services initiative”,The government website is an important platform for the government to provide public services to the public and an important window for government and public information interaction.It has spent a lot of material and financial resources.But there are some problems such as low utilization rate,low service level,untimely information update and insufficient convenience.These problems should be paid more attention.Therefore,this study focuses on the willingness of government website users to continue to use it and take an example,the government website of China(Hubei)International Trade Single Window,to explore the influencing factors of government website users'continued willingness to use,in order to provide decision basis for the continued use of government websites.Based on the literature and theoretical review,this study selected the Expectation-Confirmation Model of Information System Continuance(ECM-ISC)as the basic model,and summarizes three variables that affect the willingness to continue to use:perceived usefulness,degree of expected confirmation,Satisfaction;Combined with the experience of China(Hubei)International Trade Single Window users,the interview method was used to supplement the influencing factors,and the three index variables of Service Quality,Transfer Cost and Externality were refined,and the model was refined to construct the research model of this paper.In the course of the research,the research questionnaire of this article was designed in conjunction with the classic scale,and the questionnaire was distributed online,and a total of 336 questionnaires were issued,and 321 valid questionnaires were issued.In the empirical analysis section,Firstly,the research use SPSS Statistics 22.0 for descriptive statistics,and summarize the status quo of the use of China(Hubei)International Trade Single Window;Secondly,the research use SPSS Statistics 22.0 and composite reliability calculation tools to analyze the reliability and effectiveness of the questionnaire data Degree;Finally,the research use AMOS 22.0 to carry out fitting degree analysis and path analysis on the model constructed in this thesis.The results show that perceived usefulness,confirmation degree,service quality,externality and satisfaction have a significant positive impact on users' continuance intention.
