Research On The Model Of Public's Continuance Usage Intention Of Government Websites From The Perspective Of Flow

With the introduction of "Internet + Government Service",it has promoted the further reform of China's e-government.The construction of an integrated government service platform has made it more and more convenient for the public to obtain online services and deeper public participation through e-government platforms.The status of the government website is the most important indicator for measuring the development of e-government.Because the government mainly publishes information and provides services through the government website under the current e-government status,the public obtains content and handles affairs by browsing the government website.Therefore,the first priority of building e-government is to build a government website.China's e-government began to be built in the 1980 s.Compared with other countries,the development process still has many imperfections.For example,when the public knows the information through the government website and finds that it is still in a blank column,the link is not available,etc.,it is unable to obtain government information effectively;and when the public consults with the government through the interactive column,the government interaction column does not respond for a long time.This has happened,which is why the government website is called a "zombie website",which has further caused obstacles in the construction of e-government in China.The main problems on the government website are that the information is not updated in time to ensure the timeliness,the inaccurate release of the content destroys the authority,does not respond to the public message and causes dissatisfaction,and the service content is not practical as a castle in the air.These problems still have a big gap compared with the goal of building a smart and fast government service in the context of "Internet +"At present,the use of government websites is mainly divided into two stages.Most scholars' research mainly focuses on the initial stage of initial adoption,and some scholars have turned their attention to the study of continuous use,but the research on the second stage is still insufficient.At the same time,most of the research will focus on its external behavioral level,without considering internal motivation.In order to achieve intelligent government service goals,more attention must be paid to the continued use of government websites,because the success of government websites depends mainly on whether the public continues to use government websites,that is,continuous use intentions.On this basis,the internal motivation of the heart flow experience is taken into consideration as a new influencing factor,and the influencing factors of the continuous use intention of the public are further explored to establish a model for continuous use of the government website.At the same time,it proposes suggestions for improving the influencing factors,and promotes the further deepening of the theoretical research on the continued use of government website intentions,and contributes to the construction of government websites.By reviewing and summarizing the existing literature,and referring to the classical theoretical related factors existing in the continuous use research,based on the information system continuous use model(ECM-ISC),the perceptual control,perceptual pleasure and spiritual concentration in the heart flow experience are introduced.Internal influence factors,constructing a theoretical model of public use intentions of government websites exploring internal motivations and proposing corresponding hypotheses.It compensates for the lack of research that has only been used continuously from external behavioral analysis,and provides suggestions for promoting the continued use of public websites on government websites.Using the questionnaire to obtain empirical data,using SPSS25.0 for descriptive statistics to obtain personal characteristics and analysis,and using the reliability and validity test,and through the relevant regression analysis,the research results show the perceptual control,perceptual pleasure in the heart flow experience The public's continued use intention on government websites has a significant positive impact.Finally,this study analyzes the results of each research hypothesis based on the actual situation of the government website,and finally combines the analysis results with the actual situation of the Chinese government website to propose countermeasures and suggestions to improve the government website's continued use intention.
