Research On The Construction And Development Of Youth Volunteer Service Organization In The Perspective Of Social Governance

With the social development and progress, volunteer service is increasingly becoming one of the important standards of weighing a national civilization degree. Currently, the volunteer service with its outstanding social benefit obtained broad attention and attached great importance to the government and society. Under the background of social governance innovation, the policy of promoting the role of social organizations, supporting and developing the volunteer service organization brings opportunities to the development of youth volunteer service organizations. As an important force of social organization, youth volunteer service organization plays an important role in such aspects as inheriting excellent Chinese traditional culture,carrying forward the socialist core values and building a harmonious socialist society. It has great significance to promote social governance innovation.At present, although the overall situation of the construction and development of youth volunteer service organizations is good, there are still some problems that can not be ignored, such as imperfect relevant legislation, lacking of organization operation funds, short-term volunteer service behavior, low citizen participation rate and so on. Through analyzing problems that youth volunteer service organization exists in its construction and development the current, this paper tries to put forward some suggestions.From the perspective of social governance, with the theme of the development of youth voluntary service organizations, on the foundation of collecting a large number of literature information, this article explains the basic theory of social governance and youth voluntary service organizations and analyzes the relationship between them. Through extensive social investigation to find out the basic situation of the construction and development of youth voluntary service organizations in China, this paper summarizes the existing problems and reasons. Using the comparison method, this study tries to put forward the development path of the youth volunteer service organization in our country based on the current situation and the experience of the western developed countries. From four aspects: perfecting the standardized management system, expanding the sources of funding channels, constructing a long-term mechanism of service, expanding the social participation, this paper do a study to promote the development of Chinese youth volunteer service organizations.This paper’s main innovation lies in that it from the perspective of social governance, under the background of Multi- governing, highlights the role of youth voluntary service organizations in social governance. As an important force and effective way to participate in social governance, youth voluntary service organizations must be supported by all parties in the state and society, and constantly improve their own organizational mechanism construction, participate in wider social fields, take on more social and public affairs, so as to promote the development of social governance.
