Study On The Participation Of Voluntary Service Organizations In Grassroots Social Governance In H City

Voluntary service can reflect the development level of social civilization to a certain extent,and the increase in participation in voluntary service is also conducive to promoting the development of social governance system and governance capabilities.Practice has proved that voluntary service plays an irreplaceable role in alleviating social conflicts and promoting social development.At the same time,voluntary service organizations also promote grassroots social governance to be institutionalized,standardized,scientific,professional,and normalized.In order to make full use of volunteer resources for social participation,improve the efficiency and quality of community governance,and then promote grassroots construction,it is a question that participants in social governance in the new era need to think about.Based on this,this study takes volunteer service organizations in H city as the research object,discusses the status quo and existing problems of their participation in grassroots social governance,and seeks targeted solutions.This study is based on theories related to voluntary service,drawing on successful experiences at home and abroad,comprehensively using literature research and questionnaire survey methods,and conducting investigations and researches on the participation of H is voluntary service organizations in grassroots social governance.By distributing questionnaires to volunteers in H city,we can understand the status quo of voluntary service in H city,and combined with quantitative analysis,we will deeply explore the main factors affecting voluntary service in grassroots social governance.The research results show that volunteers’ own factors,environmental factors,organizational factors and activity factors will all have a certain impact on volunteers’ participation in grassroots social governance.Combined with the survey results and the current grassroots reality in my country,the following optimization strategies are proposed:strengthen the self-construction of volunteers and improve service levels;strengthen the guidance of government organizations to create a good service atmosphere;optimize the construction of volunteer organizations to create brand effects;innovative forms of activity.This study also has certain reference and reference value for volunteer service organizations in other regions to participate in grassroots social governance.
