| Han and Hui are very centralized in Xingqing District, Yinchuan, because different nations have different cultures and customs, youth affairs management is more complex than in other places. They need to consider the ethnic, religious and other factors, the management is particular.In this paper, the Communist Youth League as the research object, analyzing its management model in youth affairs. First of all, research on the evolution of the Communist Youth League and youth affairs, defining the purpose of the Communist Youth League to participate in the management of teenagers, such as, promoting adolescent growth and development, safeguarding the legitimate rights of adolescents to prevent juvenile delinquency. Secondly, analyzing management situation of Communist Youth League in youth affairs, it shows that Communist Youth League was well done in youth affairs, such as, ideological guidance, career guidance, helping the poor, etc. But there are also two problems, first is the management has blind spots, and second, the management assessment is missing. Studies suggest that social environment, the quality of cadres group, the complicated matters of teen, in some extent, affected and restricted the effectiveness of Xingqing District Youth League to participate in youth affairs management. Finally, analyzing the regional situation, redefining the role of the Communist Youth League with the current situation current, reflecting on their achievements and shortcomings in the use of new media technologies in the management of youth affairs. Study shows that they should learn from the experience of developed regions, establish the cooperating agency of youth affairs, and expand youth services projects. |
