With the development of the national economy, people’s discretionary time and money become more and more. Tourism has become one of the public holidays of the way. Although tourism has become indispensable in people’s lives vacation activities, but the issues in the process of tourism activities is also increasing. Tourism activities mainly by lodging, transportation, tourism, catering, tourist attractions, travel goods shopping, tourism and entertainment seven areas constituted. Although travel goods shopping is one of the essential aspects of tourism projects, but in the current tourism activities, travel goods shopping has become a tourist public disgust tourism projects. "Quality does not match price", "forced shopping" and other phenomena in the tourism activities of tourists, these serious violations of fair trade consumers the right to travel, but also to the development of the tourism industry caused a bad influence.Protect the tourist fair trading rights, allow consumers to buy their favorite tourist travel products in a relaxed shopping environment, tourists can increase the entire tourism activities feelings of pleasure. But the result is bad. So the author suggests that we should regulation on tourist shops. Through the study of the specifications of tourist shops and tourist commodites. Make travel agencies and guides have no profitable. Advice to help tourism market norms. Increase the drawbacks of travel agencies deal with obligations. Improve the system of lawsuit system and proof. Clear tourism responsibility mechanism, protect travel consumer fair exchange, promote the development of tourism.
