Travel industry is the Number 1 in the world property, and it's also the most active and potential industry in the national economy. According to the WTO forecase, China will be the greatest travel industry country and quartes guest cutpue country in the world. Entertain foreign guest and exit tour account for 1. 3 hundred billion and 1 hundred billion separately. Tourism Shopping is one factor of tourism , it is 40 percents to 50 percents in many developed countries, but it is dissatisfaction in China, many reasons reduced this, such as not colour tourist goods .quality dispatch, highly price , bad shopping circumstance and service ect. In the past many scholors studied it from the surface of tourist goods. The article will study it from the entrail mechanism in the way of theories and cases , based on the experances of the front. In the theories, on one hand ,the conception, sorts, features and importance are advanced firstly , then explained tourist goods , shopping circumstance and behavior of tourists, and finding questions from the inside marketing . On the other hand, tourism shopping market is exploitured. About tourist goods, development principle and stratagem is used, and ecology tourist goods are developed specially. Space and shop is important in tourist surrounding. And many marketing questions are explained. In the end, development on experience of tourism shopping is studied.Changsha city is the case in the article. As the center of Hunan province, one of the excellent tourism cities, the necessity of development of tourism shopping market is testified based on original data and tourism questionnaire. So the development of tourist goods include tradition goods, special goods, consumable goods and others based on tourists. Commerce centers, pedestrian streets, landscapes and stations are regarded in the shopping surrounding. In the end, developing the tourism market based on government and market mechanism is induced.
