The Chinese government in more than 30 years ago to open industrialization urbanization process in the field of social economy, make China’s economy has made remarkable achievements in the short term, but behind the aura, there are many ways and need to be addressed within the territory and properly handle the problems, such as under this background, the original rigid household registration system, urban and rural dual structure of society as a result of a large number of migrant workers, just hit the world within the scope of the common phenomenon of an aging population, and has given rise to the institutional factors in a group-of extremely special group in Chinese society:old migrant workers, according to the authority of the national bureau of statistics data, the population size has more than 50 million at present, when the whole social public opinion and policy makers are still in the exploring how to implement the "delay retirement plan, older workers from the bottom of the group, has been to" not rich first old "and" old "first has not prepared the trend and phenomenon and pay. In this paper, with "quality of life" in the theory of sociology research framework, to migrant workers who wants to improve the elderly life situation and quality of life of people of insight to provide some more beneficial and effective specific measures.This paper make full use of national Peking University CFPS family track dynamic survey data, build the evaluation index system of migrant workers life quality, and find out the core influencing factors, the results showed that:social alienation and social sense degree has significant effect on the migrant workers life quality, on behalf of the social sense of participation to promote the overall quality of life have a positive, and characterization between the individual and society is not fitness alienation and anomie negative associated with the degree of quality of life; the individual the healthier lifestyle, such as take part in physical exercise, interest groups, etc., the individual subjective life quality is better; social support network, different types of social network has a great influence on quality of life, including multiple model for promoting the quality of life and family networks have the biggest impact. Other supportive types than the limited network has a significant role in promoting the quality of life. And, age and gender on social support network type and quality of life have regulation and influence.At the end of the paper was found in the above quantitative, on the basis of the author from the perspective of professional social work from the aspects of social, community, family and individual, intervention strategies are put forward. Put forward the social workers and other social forces in improving senile suggested strategies for quality of life of migrant workers group, hope the whole society, including policy makers, can be more attention to vulnerable groups, and action, and to build a more perfect social worker contribution to the social system and environment.
