Research On The Mental Health Problems Of Workers For Disabled People

Workers for disabled person is the leader of undertakings of disabled person, the development of undertakings of disabled person can’t live without the participation of Workers for disabled people. With the rapid development of economy, mental health problems is arousing more and more interest from the public. Since facing the dual pressures from life and work, the mental health problems of Workers for disabled people can not be ignored. By using social work to create a good psychological adaptation environment for Workers for disabled people, will vigorously promote the development of undertakings of disabled person in china. Research mainly adopts the questionnaire survey and the interview method, carries on the analysis to the mental health state of Anhui Province for Workers for disabled people and puts forward specific solutions by using social group work method and case work.This thesis is divided into five chapters:the first chapter mainly tells the theme of this paper, the research background,and the research significance.In the second chapter, the author describes the mental state of Workers for disabled people at present by detailed analyzing survey data about Workers for disabled people’s pressure of life and work in Anhui province. The third chapter mainly summarized the typical problems of mental health the Workers for disabled people have; The fourth chapter combines the social support theory and empowerment theory to put forward the specific scheme. In the last chapter is the conclusion of the whole article, it summarizes the results of this study, and try to use the power of social workers to integrate the resources of the society, the family and the unit in all aspects.Finally we hope to establish a psychological defense system to improve the psychological quality of workers for disabled people.
