At present,the total number of disabled people in our country has reached 85 million people,among which more than 15 million people with disabilities live under the national poverty line,accounting for more than 12% of the total number of people living in poverty.As a result of their own physiological or psychological characteristics,persons with disabilities are generally regarded as vulnerable groups,so they often encounter unequal treatment in terms of access to social resources and employment.The finiteness of resource acquisition makes people with disabilities unable to meet their own survival,plus their sensitive psychology,to communicate with others and to make their own psychological pressure.In the field of persons with disabilities,more and more scholars in our country On the question of how to construct the guarantee mechanism for the disabled to meet their basic needs,some studies have also paid attention to the present situation of the development of the disabled and put forward the urgency of the social work of the disabled,but the research on the mental health of the disabled has been neglected.The purpose of this paper is to explore the psychological stress status and decompression practice of the disabled.Based on the theory of social support,the theory of dominant view,and Maslow's need of the theory of hierarchy as the theoretical basis,this paper,based on the theory of social support,the theory of dominant view and Maslow's need of the level of hierarchy,is the study of the effect of the work of the group on the psychological pressure reduction of disabled people through the research of the literature and the field research.The study found that people with disabilities have different levels of psychological stress,are in different stress states,some are in a state of moderate stress,others are being eroded by stress and require professional counseling and treatment,There are individuals with disabilities who do not have a correct understanding of their stress situation.The causes of mental stress of disabled persons include individual,family and society: at the individual level,physical illness and psychological self-confidence and false cognition make them produce different degrees ofstress;At the family level,the upbringing of children and the financial situation of the family are sources of psychological stress;at the social level,the employment difficulties of the disabled and the attitude of the public to their excessive "concern" or indifference put some pressure on them.The organization of different types of activities,including theatre workshops and handicrafts,through the activities of the Mental decompression Group for Persons with Disabilities,which enabled the members of the Group to enhance their self-confidence and acquire some skills through their participation in the activities,The correct self-perception has been regained.Finally,it was found that the pressure value of the group members changed and the degree of pressure lightened by the pressure gauge again,and it was very satisfied with the development of this kind of decompression activity.The study concluded that people with disabilities do have psychological stress,and show varying degrees of stress.Group work in professional social work can play an important role in the psychological decompression of the disabled,and this effect is positive and effective in alleviating the psychological stress of the disabled.Group work involved in mental decompression of the disabled has some advantages.At the same time,the practical process of mental decompression for the urban disabled is reflected from the individualization of the group members and the rationality of the arrangement of the contents of the group activities,as well as the difficulties faced by the group work involved in psychological decompression of the disabled.Finally,from four aspects: social work,family,community and government Urban disabled people provide psychological decompression services to make some suggestions.
