Intervention Of Focus On Short-term Psychological Counseling To Sexual Mental Health Of The Physical Disabled Persons

Physically handicapped people,as a group with sound mind,have a great sense of inferiority in heterosexual communication and sex due to their physical defects and negative self-evaluation.In addition,the public and even the family neglect their sexual needs,which also leads to the physical disabled people lack the corresponding correct understanding of sex,and lack of reasonable acceptance and recognition of their sexual needs.Families and the general public also lack the attention and correct guidance to their sexual mental health.The author found that the physical disabled are faced with different levels of problems in sexual awareness,attitude and adaptation of sexual mental health.They are both eager to reach out to the opposite sex,but lack identification with their physical characteristics.Due to the relative lack of sexual knowledge,they are also troubled by sexual problems in their daily life,study and work.The author starting from their own practical work,to GuangZhou HaiZhu L physical disabilities in the community psychological health problems of human nature as the research object,on the basis of literature review,using interview method,questionnaire survey and other research methods,the physical disabilities human mental health status and influencing factors of their psychological health data collection and analysis.Focusing on short-term psychological counseling technology as the intervention guiding theory for the case of social work and group social work practice research.In addition,the author summarized the effectiveness and ethical reflection of the practical intervention process,and sorted out the cases and group work process focusing on the short-term psychological counseling technology's intervention in the human mental health of physical disability.Summarize the advantages and limitations of intervention and put forward some Suggestions.The research found that short-term psychological counseling technology focusing on solving short-term psychological counseling can help them focus and sort out the problems they are facing quickly,so as to use exception framework and miracle problems,explore their own positive experience or potential,and intervene in their sexual and mental health problems,and achieve good results.At the same time,it also puts forward the qualification requirements of social workers using this method,ethical issues such as privacy and confidentiality that should be concerned,and social factors that should be concerned in practical application.
