Research On The Contradiction And Countermeasure Of Urban Management Comprehensive Law Enforcement

With the rapid development of China’s economic and social, and the accelerating pace of urban construction, the process of urbanization continues to accelerate. Urbanization has activated the vitality of the city, so that many cities have been gradually moving towards the internationalization of the city, improving the living standards of the people. However, due to the rapid population growth, urban expansion, traffic congestion, the complicated way of life and the obvious social conflict has resulted in the increasing difficulty of urban management. Therefore, city management comprehensive law enforcement came into being. However, in recent years, frequent reports of vicious violence in urban management has become a major problem in urban society. Under this situation, this paper studies the contradiction between urban management and management objects, sorts out the urban management conflicts of interactive bifurcation point and characteristics of the conflict, so as to analyze the trend and reasons for the future development of the urban management conflicts, and try to put forward specific measures to resolve it, I hope it will be helpful to the urban management comprehensive law enforcement reform of the specific.Firstly, according to the statistical data and literature analysis the prominent degree of domestic urban management problems and then began to introduces the related concept of the urban management and urban management contradictions, analyze the essence of urban management conflicts and forming process. Secondly according to the results of the interviews and the combination of case analysis, find out the interactive bifurcation points of urban management conflicts, management problems that urban management conflicts occur most often. Analysis the specific conflict forms and manifestations, and sums up the characteristics of urban management conflicts and make a judgment of the trend. Again, to explore the various aspects of the contradictions arising from the urban management, try to give a comprehensive and objective "why" analysis. Finally, combined with the above two aspects, comprehensive analysis, looking for effective measures to solve the problem of urban management.Therefore, this paper can be divided into five parts. The first part is the introduction, which mainly expounds the background, significance, content and method of the research, and the basic framework of the research. The second part introduces the basic situation of China’s current urban management contradictions, and urban management and urban management contradictions are introduced in detail. The third part pointed out that the interactive bifurcation points of the current contradictions of urban management as Jeeves and illegal construction, the contradiction of city management has its particularity:main contradiction in the bottom, contradiction of diffusion, the contradiction and conflict of situational, forms of conflict of diverse and contradictory consequences of negative sexual, and conclude that the urban management from the "block" to "sparse block combination, from rigid to flexible transformation, from public opinion sided to shift to a neutral. The fourth part analyzes the main reason of the contradiction of the urban management, mainly involves the right opposition, the system and the legal reason, the social psychology as well as the individual level. The fifth part is to find a solution to the contradictions of urban management system, advocating people-oriented, harmonious law enforcement concept first, strengthen the system construction, innovation and technical means to ease or even solve the problems of urban management.
