Research On Causes And Countermeasures Of Contradiction In Y City’s Urban Management Law Enforcement

With the continuous development of society,the economic level of the people has been constantly improved,and people have satisfied their material life.People also have new requirements for the city’s appearance and environment,civilization,law enforcement and management,which also make the city management and law enforcement face new challenges.Although the comprehensive administrative law enforcement bureau of Y city has carried out system reform in recent years,and the Urban Management Bureau has been constantly improved,the law enforcement contradiction still exists,and has become one of the factors hindering the establishment of civilized city and long-term Urban Management of Y city.Therefore,this thesis analyzes the law enforcement situation of Y city management and the reasons for the law enforcement contradiction,and tries to put forward some countermeasures and suggestions,I hope it can help alleviate the urban management contradiction of Y city.This thesis is divided into five parts to study the causes and countermeasures of Y city’s urban management contradiction.With the help of embedded law enforcement theory,through literature research,questionnaire survey,field interviews and other ways to understand the views and suggestions of different groups on Y city’s urban management law enforcement contradiction.This thesis studies the reasons for the contradiction of urban management and law enforcement in Y city from the aspects of social factors,institutional factors,spatial factors and human factors,and also puts forward countermeasures to improve the comprehensive law enforcement of urban management in Y city from these four aspects.Urban management can be said to be closely related to the production and life of the masses,so it is particularly important to alleviate and eliminate the contradiction in urban management and law enforcement.This thesis,based on the actual situation of urban management in Y City,proposes relevant countermeasures to improve urban management and law enforcement: from the social perspective,we should improve the social security mechanism of vulnerable groups,improve public participation,guide the public to protect their rights rationally and create a good public opinion environment;from the perspective of system,we should optimize the concept of law enforcement and the assessment mechanism of urban management departments,and define the functional scope of each department;from the perspective of space,it is necessary to implement the non-contact law enforcement mode,improve the record of the whole process of law enforcement and standardize the discretion;from the perspective of urban management personnel,we should improve the comprehensive ability of the urban management team,and do a good job of psychological counseling for law enforcement personnel.
