Research On The Norms Of Citizens' Supervision Right In The Network Anti-corruption

With the rapid development of network in the Internet Age,it becomes an important platform for anti-corruption,which also provides a convenient place for citizens to participate in anti-corruption.Citizens use the network platform to exercise the supervision right,discover and expose corruption,that all ra ise a wave of network anti-corruption.In essence,network anti-corruption use the supervision of network public voice to crack down on corruption crimes.With its unique advantages,network anti-corruption which has become an indispensable part of the anti-corruption system makes up the deficiencies of the anti-corruption system and promotes the construction of anti-corruption.Under the era background of corruption control,citizens actively exercise the supervision right and conduct network supervision,which makes the network anti-corruption have great achievement.But there are also some irregularities when they exercise the supervision right in some extent.The reason mainly lies in the imperfect system and mechanism of the exercise of supervision right,and some supervising citizens are lack of legal consciousness.Intending to solve the key problem of how to regulate the exercise of Chinese citizen s upervision right in the network anti-corruption,this paper analyzes the practice of exercising citizen supervision right in the network anti-corruption,and draws on the foreign advanced experience of exercising citizen supervision right in the network anti-corruption.In order to promote the healthy development of Chinese network anti-corruption,it is necessary to regulate the exercise of citizen supervision right in network anti-corruption so as to ensure citizen orderly network supervision.Therefore,citizens should follow the principle of legality and authenticity when exercising their right of supervision.And at the same time,they should ensure that their right of supervision cannot be abused.In terms of system construction,it should accelerate legislation on network anti-corruption,improve laws and regulations on network supervision,improve the protection system of citizens' right to know,and improve the system of network supervision and accountability.In terms of mechanism improvement,it should improve the operation mechanism of network anti-corruption,the supervision mechanism of multiple subjects and the benign interaction mechanism between officials and citizens.In terms of auxiliary measures,the construction of network supervision platform should be strengthened to optimize the network anti-corruption environment.The technical network supervision should be strengthened to provide technical guarantee.The real-name network supervision system should be implemented to enhance citizens' a wareness of supervision responsibility.The publicity of legal system should be strengthened to guide the rational anti-corruption.Through this series of measures,it is expected to standardize the exercise of citizen supervision right in Chinese network anti-corruption,play an active role in citizen network supervision,and ensure the normal operation of network anti-corruption.
