Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Democratic Parties Grassroots Organizations’ Construction

The political party system in China is a system of multiparty cooperation and political consultation under the leadership of the Communist Party of China, has been formed and developed in the long-term revolution,construction and reform practice of China, has the distinct Chinese characteristics. Different from the west of the two parties or multi-party competition, also from one-party system in some countries, China’s multi-party cooperation system emphasizes the cooperation. That is, the Communist Party of China governing by law, all the democratic parties participate in political activities in accordance with law. In recent years, huge changes have taken place in the internal and external environment of China’s development. Forms of ownership, social class, social concept and thought became more diverse, there were many new situations and new problems emerged. Democratic parties have the advantages of talent gathering, intelligence-intensive, extensive contacts, and they could pool public wisdom, reflect public will, provide basis and references for the party and government democratic decision-making and scientific decision-making.Democratic parties’ grassroots organizations are the organizational foundation and work basis of the democratic parties, are the links and bridges between the democratic parties and members, are important channels for discovering and training talent, as well as an important part in strengthening democratic parties’ self-construction in the new period. To adapt to the needs of constructing high-quality participating parties in the new period, all the democratic parties must start from focusing on the construction of the grassroots organizations, improve their organizational institution, enhance their vitality, and continue to enhance scientific level of grassroots organizations’ construction.In this paper, the united front theory, organizational theory, management theory and motivation theory were taken as the theoretical basis, grassroots organizations of democratic parties were taken as the research object, grassroots organizations directly under the Shandong Committee of China Democratic League was used as the research sample, through literature analysis, questionnaire, case analysis and other methods, to carry out in-depth research about grassroots organizations directly under the Shandong Committee of China Democratic League. Analyzed the present situation and features of the organization construction, introduced the organization construction experience, sort out the current prominent and universal problems existed in grassroots democratic party organizations, investigated the causes of the problems from the aspects of external communication channels, internal supervisory mechanism, self-construction of grassroots organizations and others. In the end, by combining exploration and practical work experience achieved by grassroots organizations directly under the Shandong Committee of China Democratic League in recent years, to put forward corresponding improvement measures and solutions in the aspects of thought construction, system construction, organization development, leading group construction, reserve cadres training and organizational activities innovation, etc.
