Research Regarding To The Primary-leveled Organization Construction Of Democratic Parties

China's system of multi-party cooperation and political consultation under the leadership of the Communist Party is a basic political system of our country?In the new historical stage,the democratic parties need to research how to build practice of socialism with Chinese features,how to strengthen self-construction,how to play a role of political participation.Construction of primary-leveled organizations is an important part of the Democratic Party organization construction,an important guarantee of the Democratic Party improving overall quality and play a role of participating party in state political life,the basis for the Democratic Party develop various works.Therefore,we only have the basic-level organization construction,the basic of the good organization can give full play to the role,the cohesion of the democratic partis can enhance.In this paper,based on China Democratic League in Yichang as an example,mainly focused on the following aspects:analyze the history?current situation and characteristic of the grass-roots organization construction;analyzes the main problem of China Democratic League in Yichang,such as the leading group construction?organization system?organizational development?performing their functions and the basic-level party organization relationship?the life of organizations at the grass-roots level.After analysis,we should Improve the system of grass-roots organizations,enhance the construction of grass-roots organization of Ideology and culture,establish the excellent grass-roots level leadership,strengthen the contact with party organization,attaches great important to the organization development.
