Research On The Fine Management Of Z Enterprise Party School Training System

With the development of our country’s economy, the government boosts economic growth through infrastructure construction. The large state-owned construction enterprises and the employees who are in these large state-owned construction industries are facing with various challenges in the very important period and rapid change in the infrastructure construction. The training work, an important measure which is for improving enterprise employees, especially party members and cadres, need to update the training concept, create a new form of training, and finally the training content can be constantly enriched and extended. The 3rd and 4th Plenary Session of 18th CPC Central Committee of the Eighteenth National points out that we should uphold and deepen the reform of the party school and improve the quality of development as the main line, according to the working idea of plan before the decision, oversee after the decision and assessment of the whole process, cadres is the enterprise core resources and core competitiveness. The improvement of the quality of the cadres to is the basis and guarantee for realizing the transformation and upgrading of enterprises and spanning development. High quality cadres team can not do without exercise in various undertakings, more inseparable from the education and training.This study draws on the related theory of fine management home and abroad, makes a deep analysis on fine management and enterprise training theory, and also carries on research about enterprise fine management and enterprise party school training problems. First, this study elaborates the thesis research background, research status at home and abroad, methods and content. In this study, I analyze from the training work of several levels, as well as fine management have effect on the role of the party school training system of the enterprise. Second, I deeply analyze the implementation of fine management in each link of the training system, such as training needs, project planning, teaching management, training evaluation of the party school of the enterprise on the basis of case of specific case of enterprise party school set up training system, and point out the present situation and the insufficiency in training system. Finally, against the problems existing in the instance of enterprise party school and according to the several levels of training system, I deepen the ideas of fine management to the enterprise party school of the management system. I establish and perfect each link of the training system, reinforce organizational leadership and detail duty fulfillment, strengthen the inspection and supervision, pay attention to practical results and establish the fine management idea with continuous improvement to decompose the task object of the training work in the enterprise party school, and solve the prominent problems in party school training.The innovation point in the study is to introduce the fine management idea to the training management system of the party school of the enterprise, which make the specific training system apply fine management in the enterprise party school and solve the specific problems in enterprise party school training work, with the purpose of the study of the article to lay the foundation of enterprise class party school training work.
