Training Problems And Countermeasures Of Fuzhou District Party School

The public sector is in the core position in the process of public management.As the main part and backbone of the public sector,the quality and ability of leading cadres determine the quality and level of public management.At present,socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era.The contradiction between the people's growing need for a better life and the unbalanced and inadequate development requires Party members and cadres to possess good personal qualities and excellent public management ability.District Party schools are responsible for training Party and government cadres in the whole region,directly facing grass-roots cadres,serving grass-roots cadres,and promoting grass-roots cadres.They are the main channel for cadre training.However,the training work of Fuzhou City Party School is deeply affected by the departments in charge,trainees and their own adverse factors,and there is still a big gap between the large-scale and high-quality training of leading cadres.Based on human capital theory,lifelong education theory and collective training theory,this paper draws lessons from the advanced experience of training in advanced district-level Party schools,combines the author's personal practice in training work in district-level Party schools for many years,comprehensively adopts the methods of documentation and questionnaire,and carefully analyzes the current situation according to the data obtained from the questionnaire survey.The problems and reasons in the cadre training of Fuzhou City Party School,and the countermeasures to improve the quality of cadre training are of positive significance to the exploration and study of district-level training.
