Governance Perspective Of Modern Local Government Credibility Research In China

Governance theory is a new political concept. Therefore, the local government credibility ascension to become one of the theme of promoting the modernization of national governance.The government’s credibility refers to the social public’s trust in the government. Government credibility directly influenced the legitimacy of the government’s authority, execution ability strong and the weak, and the harmonious development of society as a whole, thus affecting the modernization of national governance. This paper the authors government credibility of questionnaire investigation, and analyze the survey data and found that the current local government credibility in China is relatively high in some aspects, such as: the overall image of local government recognised by the public, the process of public service satisfaction is higher. The credibility of local government is facing the tendency of weakening.In view of this, based on the modernization of national governance perspective, the author analyzes the reasons of weakening the credibility of local government.
