And it enlightens us that only insisting in the administrative work for the people, promoting the resisting corrupt positively, deepening administrative reform and sharing the development, can the local governments gain the space and time, more and more trust as well as support from people. Under the new situation, local government shouldn't satisfy the current developments and must improve the credibility further. The advice of countermeasures are: taking the ideology as foundation; putting the administrative concept into effect scientificly; reforming the system as a core ; transforming the government's function deeply ; gaining the pulic's higher trust under the base of building an efficient government ; optimizing the system of information communication ; strengthening the mutual communication between the public and government; enhancing the culture building of credit and incorruptible ; promoting the development of advanced culture.
