At present, our country is in social transition period, major natural disasters, safety accidents occur repeatedly.At the same time, our country is faced with more and more, more and more complicated social contradictions, increased difficulties of sudden incident disposal, and more and more unstable factors.The industry consensus on public crisis management, crisis management center of gravity, the transformation of the government must be from the post-disaster restoration to comprehensive prevention.Although domestic public crisis warning construction made a certain progress, but the public crisis warning effect not enough attention and research.How to combine the state, establish meets the needs of the current social situation public crisis early warning mechanism, minimize or eliminate the possible problems, to guarantee the sustainable and stable development of city and social economy, is an important content of China’s public crisis management, also is the basic guarantee of national crisis management system.For this purpose, the paper try to "8.12 Tianjin large explosion accidents" as an example, based on the relative concepts of public crisis warning mechanism and theory, with case analysis method, to our country public crisis early warning mechanism for research.
