The use of collaborative public service supply mode is becoming increasingly urgent.Based on the theoretical research and practical exploration of public service supply at home and abroad, the thesis is in depth study on the reform of public inspection service cooperation supply in Deyang. The background, measures and experience of the reform of public inspection service cooperation supply in Deyang are systematically expounded. Methods of literature analysis, comparative analysis and qualitative analysis were used in the study. The use of public service theory, collaborative public management theory, network governance theory as a tool for analysis and research. The comprehensive reform of Deyang city inspection and testing resources integration, and its integration with other parts of the country’s reform path difference is presented.
