Along with the advancement of industrialization and the development of economic society, the number of migrant workers migrant workers increased year by year. With the passage of time, the migrant workers group has "intergenerational alternate" phenomenon, the new generation of migrant workers are gradually become the subject of migrant workers and they have played a more and more important role in economic and social development in our country. However, the events of the new generation of migrant workers labor rights violated have occurred frequently, the existence of this phenomenon violates the aim of building a harmonious socialist society in China.Therefore, the security problems of the violation of new generation migrant workers labor rights and interests urge to be solved.On the basis of literature review,this paperdrew the lessons from perspective of stakeholder theory, and conducted a questionnaire survey and analyzed the data by using some statistical analysis techniques. Then combining the reality of Chengdu, this paper analyzedthe present situation of the new generation of migrant workers labor rights protection, and their problems and causes and gave the government some related countermeasures and suggestions on dealing with the new generation of migrant workers labor rights protection problems in Chengdu.This paper focuses on the situation and problems of the protection of new generation migrant workers labor rights and interests in Chengdu, according to the 138 effective samples of the questionnaire survey data obtained, using relevant statistical analysis method, the main research content includes: the analysis of the structural features and the employmentcharacteristics of the new generation migrant workers in Chengdu, including the age structure, level of education, the characteristics of the work values and rights protection consciousness of the new generation of migrant workers etc;the work status and the problems existing in the labor rights and interests protection of the new generation migrant workers in Chengdu; the causes of these labor rights protection problems, namely referring to the perspective of stakeholder theory,analyzing the responsibility of government, enterprises, society and migrant workers themselves in the protection of the new generation of migrant workers labor rights and interests; and the measures to solve these problems, namely building the stakeholderresponsibility system which aims to safeguard the labor rights and interests of migrant workers.The main research conclusions are as follows: the education degree of the new generation migrant workers in Chengdu has been significantly improved, and the employment structure of them comply with the basic characteristics according to other studies; their monthly income is at the low level;to some extent, they are still lack of the professional skills; they desire to blend themselves into the city. When choosing a attaches great importance to the rights and interests of security and extrinsic reward;Labor rights and interests of all aspects are affected by different degree of invasion.And the causes of these problems are mainly the government under the perspective of more perfect related policies and measures, but relatively lack of operability;Law enforcement inspections to improve, but the regulation effect is not ideal;Related service system have improved, but relatively insufficient publicity.Enterprise under the perspective of excessive attention to short-term interests;A single benefit evaluation index;Social responsibility consciousness.Social perspective of social exclusion of migrant workers;The absence of social supervision.Individuals as well as the new generation of migrant workers under the perspective of the lack of professional skills;Lack of sense of loyalty;The lack of legal knowledge.Therefore, we should build the government as the main body of protection of migrant workers labor rights and interests of stakeholder responsibility system.
