As a new industry, the Internet industry has great influence on the whole society.However,the Internet industry brings some antitrust problems with the development.The definition of the relevant market is the premise of solving antitrust cases. The relevant market is the core concept of the antitrust laws, including relevant product market, relevant geographic market. The definition of the relevant market is the important link in the antitrust enforcement. The antimonopoly commission issued” the guide of the definition of relevant market”. It provide the guide of the definition of the relevant market and the general procedure, including demand-alternative analysis method and supply-alternative analysis method and hypothetical monopolist test method.But the guide’s main provision is principle, and don’t have special regulations in the definition of relevant market for the Internet industry. Because of Internet industry’s characteristics of significant network externalities and asymmetric price structure, the boundary of the Internet’s product market becomes blurred and SSNIP faces difficulties.The general method of difining relevant market doesn’t apply to the Internet industry.So we can adjust the taditional method and introduce the new method. We can also improve relevant systems.
