The Analysis On The Active Role Of Social Organizations In The Zhongguancun Innovation Ecosystem

Nowadays, the performance of a country’s comprehensive ability is mainly depends on whether the country’s independent innovation ability has been developed. Enterprise is the main body of independent innovation, and science and technology park cohesion within multiple high-tech enterprises, its capacity for independent innovation is an important way to enhance the comprehensive national capacity for building an innovative country has a huge role in promoting. Science and Technology Park of industry associations, industry alliances and other social organizations are highly professional, industrial polymerization capacity, they can compensate for the government and market failure defect, so the social organization of innovation in science and technology park play the role of research is very important.This study was extended to the natural ecosystem of innovation ecosystems, select the four close factors of innovation ecosystems, in cluding human resources, capital, technology and policy. Based on social organizations to reduce transaction costs through collective action and social organization on the "co-benefits" of the theoretical basis of the product, from the point of view ought to design social organization should be specific measures in four factors and catalytic role. At the same time, this study through independent innovation demonstration zone of Zhongguancun society organizations visited the research and analysis of typical cases, summed that society organizations have played a huge role in promoting human resources, capital, technology, policy. Including for talent hiring and concentrating, training and evaluation; innovation start-ups and financial support to expand investment and financing channels, the development of technical standards and participation in innovation, government policy propaganda and indoctrination, as well as representatives of business, industry, public participation in politics and decision-making. The paper focuses on the existing social organizations to play a role in the four factors of innovation ecosystem, and found social organizations in the promotion of independent innovation in Zhongguancun disadvantages and to propose countermeasures to deal with the existing problems based on existing experience, other parks to provide a good and viable learn from the experience in the promotion of science and technology park innovation.
